This is the tenth 365 book we have put together. We started with the first iPhone and haven’t missed a year or a day since then. Hard to imagine. More than 7,000 snaps (and that only counts the keepers). So, yes, you could say we are somewhat compulsive - or stubborn, but we both are pretty serious about it all.

As usual, Lucky was our most photographed subject. We always have a few New York shots, but we also made it to both Honolulu and Havana this year, so there is more geographical diversity than in the past.

The Crime Scene is a new obsession for us. Somehow, Tom manages to get Marianne to lie down on some of the craziest places and play dead to make yet another homage to Weegee’s great NYC street photography. One day we’ll have all the right stuff to make a book filled with just the murder shots.

Breeze Block was another new fixation this year. We found it everywhere but especially in Palm Springs and Honolulu. We already made a book of some great Breezy Block shots.

The rest – Flowers, Twin Palms, BW, Making Pictures and The Holidays more or less conform to past attempts to capture the mood and scenes.

We definitely love making these books – hope you enjoy seeing them.
