In 1915 Christina Bailey’s ancestors fled the Armenian Genocide to make new lives in India and Iraq. Her grandparents, born in exile, moved their family to the United Kingdom and always dreamed of returning to their motherland. A century later, Christina became the first member of her immediate family in three generations to set foot on Armenian soil. This is her journey through the cosmopolitan capital of Yerevan into the Biblical landscapes of an ancient and beautiful country.
