Located within the Invereshie and Inshriach National Nature Reserve, the freshwater Loch Ghiùthsachain lies to the south-east of Creag Ghiùthsachain above Glen Feshie in the Cairngorms. It is filled with shoreweed and bog pondweed, yet water still flows, and in mid-September, the detritus of early autumn mingled at its outflow.
