Set in Chicago, the city with the most surveillance cameras per-person in the world, this project is possessed by the idea of an artificial relationship that exist between with the camera and an unaware subject. Conceptually I desired to capture the essence of tourist photography, via the photographs that tourists take, to create discourse on the nature of candid photography within the larger context of our society with the state of surveillance today.
