She has been a head cook for a private school, worked in delicatessens and is a successful independent bespoke cake baker, working from her cottage in Surrey. Helena is a newcomer to self-publishing a recipe book but there is no doubt that her books will be as masterful as her baked works of art. Helena is not a chef but believes in sharing her love of food for generations to come. She says that the driving force behind creating a recipe book is the ever evolving need for diversity, something she has seen and experienced first hand as a mother of five grown up children. Her books focus on inclusion, so whether you have a gluten free diet or you are vegan, anyone can pick up the book and cook her recipes.
